High Precision Gears

High Precision Gears List

    Spur gear

Since a spur gear does not generate thrust force, the overall structure can be simplified and assembly is easier, which reduces the total cost.

    Helical gear

The tooth trace of a helical gear is twisted, so it improves the contact ratio and rotates smoothly and silently than a spur gear.

    Internal gear

This gear has internal teeth which engage with a spur gear. It enables to design a compact device by sharing the burden among two or more planetary gears.

    Spiral bevel gear

Compared with a straight bevel gear, the contact ratio is improved. It makes rotation smoother and realizes high performance in terms of noises and vibration.

    Zerol bevel gear

The difference is that the twist of the zerol bevel gear is zero and its thrust force is smaller than that of the spiral bevel gear.

    HRH gear

Our original HRH gear realizes a dramatically high reduction ratio, 1:360, with a pair of gears.

    Hypoid gear

The difference between this gear and a spiral bevel gear is that the pinion shaft of this gear is offset against the center of the gear shaft to some extent.
